Hello!
I had acupuncture today! My 5th out of 6. Again, not particularly enjoyable but it's still worth a try. I've heard it's supposed to be mega relaxing and make you feel refreshed but I just find it a tad degrading really. I walk in, take my clothes off, get 22 needles stuck in to various parts of my body, doctor rushes out the door leaving me for 15 minutes stuck in an awkward position. I was worried she'd forgotten about me and I was going to be stuck trying to pull 12 needles out my back. Luckily she came back for me eventually.
No sign of it helping with my pain yet but I suppose deep down I never expected it to.
Got my important hospital appointment on Thursday. Waiting to see if my doctor wants to do my fifth operation in 3 years. The douchebag doctor didn't turn up to my last appointment.
Also it's mine and Dave's anniversary on Friday. Funny thinking it was 3 years ago I was posting on here moaning about us "seeing each other" and then being all happy and shiny about making it official! Good times.
Sadly no money to go out and do anything fancy but I'll make him one hell of a card and try and do something special at home.
Still not a massive change on the job front but I applied for a few the other day. Although my pain isn't any better I decided as soon as I'm recovered from the next surgery I'm gonna throw myself in the deep end and just start working. We will see how it goes :)
OMG and by the way, we moved in to a house! A little two bedroom place with a back garden and and everything! It's very cute... I love it.
Not a whole lot of news other than that lot. By the way, Rosie had a baby! My best friend since I was 10 is now a mummy. So cool.
