Went to the gym this morning. Damn near had a heart attack on the treadmill, and shockingly had to decrease my incline. Then for strength training, I focused on legs.

Tomorrow is an off day, but I'm thinking of aqua aerobics in the morning.

Consumed a bit of cereal and a banana for breakfast. An apple as a snack. Salad and a small order of french fries for lunch. Also, yes, I have to admit that I had a Frosty. Then yogurt and Wheat Thins for another snack.

I want Chicken and Noodles for dinner, but I'm not sure year. I've been pretty good today but I really want some pizza. Not really sure what I'll do.
