...and a half.
I am still thinking about my diet and exercise routine, but I'm not actually committing to my diet and exercise routine. I've even changed some things up, like trying strength training while watching tv, hiking with a friend. Even changing the time to go to the gym. I just haven't committed to any of it.
I don't know what it's going to take for me to get my ass in gear. I don't want to live my life like this. I have too many things I want to do to just piss it all away because I couldn't make myself change a few little things in my life.
