Do not thaw a leg of lamb for merely 24 hours. It takes 48 hours in the fridge. Then do not jam two legs into a roasting pan together. Then don't smash your hand against a roasting pan that has been in a 400 degree oven.
NEVER ROAST LAMB AGAIN. OK? Ok.
Also not amused that dishwashing person did not show up for duty and I had to wash dishes and wipe down counters, etc.
