It's one thing not to do what you say you will when it is of no consequence, but the last 2 nights the groups of people who said they would come to my play and for whom I reserved my only allotted comp. tickets, did not show up. And did not call me to let me know, or return my call double checking that they would be there before putting the tickets for them at the door.
