And I feel so alive...

Mom and I are on good terms again as well as we can be.

Alex and I hung out today/tonight, but it appears that visits are going to be limited in number now due to the ever-rising cost of gas. Mom's offered to give him gas money, but he refuses it. *makes frustrated face* I mean, there are always phones and internet chats to keep in touch, but seeing people in person is so much different.

It doesn't help that he works a whole hell of a lot. He was supposed to work tonight but managed to have someone else cover his shift, and he has tomorrow and Thursday off. However, he'll be working the nights of Thursday and Friday and he has work AGAIN on Saturday AND Sunday. Between that and summer school, he's going to be exhausted.

Oh well; he knew what he was in for. It's not the end of the world, it's just annoying.

Anyway, we had a cuddlefest at my house followed by dinner and a second viewing for me of The Dark Knight. I think I'll be fine now until the DVD comes out, but it was worth seeing again since I'm not a Batman fanatic. It made so much more sense.

Before the movie started, I was in the bathroom going pee. I was pulling toilet paper off of the roller (AND MY PANTS WERE STILL DOWN) when the door to my stall came open. I said, "Uh...HI!" The girl who opened it giggled nervously and shrieked, "HAHA, SORRY!" before running off.

Like Mom said, at least I'll never see the girl again. *knocks on wood*

This is why I always knock on doors that are closed or partially closed. I've been walked in on way too many times, and it's bloody rude to just barge in on someone.

Anyway, it's late, and I'm sure that I'll be awake at some ungodly hour again since sleeping in is not what nature intends for me any longer. I was out of bed at 8:44 AM today. What teenager in their right mind gets out of bed that early on a day off?!
