Could not be Better!
Yesterday was a freaking awesome day! It started out not so hot because I didn’t finish all of my chemistry homework in time and then Dr. Filowitz called me out for not dropping my pen at the end of the quiz time. I stayed after class to assure him that I was not cheating off the other quizzes being passed in and he said, ‘I know.’ I left the room crying cuz I got myself so worked up over it. I hate it when there is even a slight indication that I could have cheated because I’m not a cheater. I study hard every night to earn my grades respectfully.
And then my day just gets better and better. I go into lab (Chen) and wash some tubes while I wait for Dr. Chen to come. She said the day before that I could do PCR today after she looked over my protocol. It took a long time for Dr. Chen to come in and I was so excited when she finally came through the door. She read over my protocol which she approved of and told me where to get all the supplies I would need for the procedure. Keep in mind I would have been perfectly content if the day stopped here. I finally got to perform PCR on my own without any stupid lab partners to share with. Here is a link so you guys can know what PCR is:

Best part of the day was when Dr. Chen pulled out my new pipetman set which is all my own to use. This is an $800 set of equipment just for me. OMG, I’m so spoiled. I’ll take a picture of them the next time in lab. They are so pretty and new. The lab meeting was next after that which poor Mahsa had to present. (She’s been worked to the bone lately)
After meeting I called Rebecca and surprise, surprise we went to Disneyland. Oh man, I love you all but I really love my Mafia time. Guess what!!!! Rebecca went on Tarzan with me!!! Best part of the day! After that I was cool doing whatever she wanted to do even Splash. Oh man that Tarzan tree house was freaking awesome! I could stay up there all day and be perfectly content. After finding Jane’s boot we went to share a steak gumbo and then the best part of the day was Michael FABULOUS news. I started screaming like crazy and promised to tell Mickey. Next was a visit Chip and Dale in Toontown but not before catching the ending half of the Dreams Parade. OMG I saw Gideon!!! And I busted out a half Gideon dance scaring off the children around us. LOL! Oh I forgot to mention that Rebecca and I were both wearing our trench coats since the weather man said there was a possible chance of rain. Skipping to the highlights ….
the Tiki Room, yeah that’s what I said the Tiki Room … we did the most random stuff it was awesome. I love the singing Tiki men that’s some classic good stuff.
Just as we were getting off Thunder Mountain Fantasmic was ending so best part of the day was running with Rebecca down from Thunder to the Horseshoe with other little kids running around us following the Mark Twain. *laughs* I never saw Rebecca so happy running before. And then she totally fought the crowds to get the best spot to see Mickey for the next show. Man, does she love her Mickey!
Last but not least was the best part of the day to top all the other best part of the days, Gideon was on the Mark Twain! OMG I love GIDEON!!!! *dances*
