Thanksgivings and other Musings
Happy Thanksgiving, yo!
WOW! What a day. ...Yesterday. I only started my homework at 8 at night, but at least I was focused then... for the most part. Went to bed at 12:45 and froze up when I felt something lie down next me. It was more like they flopped on the bed. I started thinking a whole bunch of crazy things then and scurried over to the light switch and turned it on. Nothing was there of course. Perhaps that was the problem. So I lay back down and started to wiggle around on the bed and turn on my side to see if I had made that motion somehow, but then these scenes from "The Others" started playing in my head and so I was awake until like 1:10 when I started feeling better (I had begun to play "Circle in the Sand" in my head by then) and went to turn out the light. I fell asleep before two in the morning I know that for sure. YAY for me. Got up at 7:01, stripped grandpa's bed, went downstairs had a shower, came and posted this entry and now I'm going to go eat and work my butt off because I have to. It's a good thing I had that creepy incident happen last night otherwise I wouldn't have posted at all. It's what prompted me to do so.
I got 67% on my German midterm (the first one anyway, the next one is Nov. 8). That's a decent mark considering I woke up with the flu and not only that, I woke up with a pain-beyond-all-belief migraine (and no that is not an exaggeration) and that I had only woken up because my dad called to inform me that my mother would be there to pick me up in eight minutes to take me to school. The migraine lasted two days but I'm okay now.
What am I thankful for this year? Alex. I know I complain about him, but I had a daydream that he died (or I thought he did anyway) and it was so powerful I found myself crying. So I had to go and hug him after. I really do love my brother and I am glad to have him. ...most of the time. ^_~
Michaela and I have the ultimate Christmas presents/birthday presents picked out for each other. Oh, yes.

How could I forget?!?!! I also had Pirates of the Caribbean dreams last night. It was sooo awesome. Can't remember what they were about, but I had two of them. One I remember Elizabeth was in, the other Norrington was in. I'm sure other people were too, but I just specifically remember those guys.
