I hate those damn dreams.
I'm afraid I don't know the logistics in how things would work, but windmills and waterwheels for the river...could those generate at least a little electricity that might be usable for the residents here? We could take some of the wood and materials from the abandoned houses and use them, maybe, and perhaps have them built within two weeks, before the weather turns rough.
Any ideas? Suggestions?
