I swear, sometimes I want to just smack my friend Meghan in the face. Six months ago, if I asked her to hang out, or if I was really intent on her coming to a show, she'd be there no questions asked. Now, I ask her to come to the Webster show - our biggest show to date - and we're a week before the date and she's giving me some "I don't know" ( Read more... )

let see if it will let me actually post this...

Jaime and i have/had a friend like that -- Jenn. Jenn and i were okay friends, but Jaime and Jenn were best friends -- always together, doing everything and going everywhere together. well, Jenn started seeing this guy Rich, and slowly disappeared. she called not too long ago b/c she had "good news"...but other than that...nothing. Jenn tends to disappear when she gets a new man in her life.

i can understand wanting to spend time with a guy when you first start dating...but theres this thing called space which both people need...even if Bryan and i suddenly got serious and became bf/gf, i wouldnt ever pass up on hanging out with my friends b/c he wanted to hang out...i mean, if he said, "lets go out Saturday" and then my friend said, "lets go out Saturday" -- well, then i already have plans. but if a friend calls me b/c she misses me and wants to see me, and i have no other plans, im not going to wait to see what my man is up to -- shit i'm going out! (Bryan can always come over at 2 - 3am like usual. nothing wrong with going out before hand -- he does too!)

on another note, im looking forward to the webster show -- i havent been to the webster in a while!
