I have a better idea: Instead of wasting our resources on another frivelous lawsuit, tell your kid just to not say "Under God". Kids do learn alot from us. You can teach them yourself, you know. It's not that damned difficult. Quit leaving it up to the damned government to make choices about what kids should or should not learn. How about the fucker get involved with the kid's teacher and let her know that she won't be saying those two words? I mean damn, with this media exposure, she probably will get more damaged and when she becomes a rebellious teen she will most likely become a hardcore Christian.
Instead of making a big shit about that, he should be more worried about kidnappers, child molesters, murderers etc. Monsters like that will do more harm than two words. To hell with two damned words. Worry about her grades, and how she socially interacts with other kids. Worry about her physical and emotional health. Worry about how the hell you are going to support her cause your job is being outsourced to India. Worry about how you are going to take her to soccer practice with no gas in the car cause it's so damned expensive.
I know, separation of church and state blah blah blah... It's more than that. It's about becoming more involved in your kids life. The only thing he is going to end up teaching her is how to become a wuss and a card carrying victim. Damn, cowboy up pussy. Teach your kid to do the same. [/rant]
