I've got the blues

It's very strange. I got an email today from Dr Kirk. This is what it said:

Christina,

I just wanted to send you a quick email to say awesome job in Aerospace
Practicum. You earned a very solid B, which is an outstanding grade for any
class in Aerospace Engineering, which is, as you know, one of the toughest
majors at Florida Tech.

I also wanted to express how much I enjoyed working with you in office hours
this semester. I very sincerely appreciated your dedication to the class and
the effort that you put in. I know this was an extremely tough semester for
you for a variety of reasons - which makes me extra proud of how hard you
battled to be successful. Enjoy the summer, get ready to work extremely hard
over the next three years, and the dividends of this degree will pay off
before you know it. Remember that even if we don't have any classes
together, you can always stop by my office to chat about the challenge that
is Florida Tech.

Warmest Regards,

Dan

I don't know what to say to that. When I read it, I cried. I couldn't stop crying. I don't know why. Isn't this supposed to be an encouraging email???

I look at what he says, and it just makes me feel touched and well, sad.  Sometimes I think I'm just crazy. But I know I'm just strange.  I'm confused.  I'm sad.  I don't know exactly how to feel.
