[It's not often wise to get a Time Lord bored. Which is why it's probably not a good thing that the Master looks bored out of his mind, leaning back in his chair at a precarious angle yet still somehow managing to look in no danger of actually falling over. He's good like that, alright.]

I was never one for being idle. Spending all one's time sitting around is just dull, wouldn't you agree? Is there actually something fun to do around here or am I going to have to make my own fun?
