['sup Prom, hope you weren't trying to sleep, because there's a rush of emotion and thought that blasts its way through the network before the feed cuts in:

"I'm not backing down ... especially not now."
Meanwhile, back at the ranch the Kurosaki Clinic, Madsen's PORTAL turns on, showing her one hand, the one with the IV, twitch. Suddenly she sits up, wide-eyed and her other hand at her face for a moment before she notices the IV.]
What the hell...?! Wait.
[She looks around after yanking the needle out, ignoring the stinging sensation from doing so.] The Clinic? I'm ... back?
[And she rubs her face with a groan]
This is not good. Can't even tell how long I've been "out".
[She pauses, letting out a sigh. Her hand is still covering up her left eye, but once she sets it down to rest at her side, it's very obvious that something happened - instead of the deep brown that both eyes normally were, the left has now turned gold.]
