[And that would be Ace sitting down on the beach, mask on, hat off as he works away on something off to one side. The PORTAL is in its typical Den Den Mushi state and it turns itself on when Ace brushes a hand past it to pick up more raw materials, constructing a simple straw hat and the Den Den moves just enough to show that there's an already completed hat to one side of him.
He's humming to himself, a tune no one is likely to recognise, and he's just finishing off a section of the brim when he glances up and realises that he's being recorded.]
Ah, I need to work on using this thing properly. [The mostly completed hat is set down so he can pick up the PORTAL to rest it on his knee while he speaks.] Lior, I've got your hat ready and I'm working on some of the others for the rest of your knights. If anyone else would like a handmade straw hat [he leans over and picks the finished article up] then let me know and I'll be happy to make you one.
[He pauses and then smiles again.]
Probably need to tell me how big a hat you'll be needing too.
