Yeah, that's what I thought! Since they're always busy with something... And not everyone can join the police force to help.

And this would be easier, since no one who joins has to worry about laws or anything like that.

Seems like they let pretty much anyone in. Haven't seen them turn someone down yet.

Yeah, but it's tough to have the courage to do something like that. Being a policeman is dangerous! So Minato has to take what he can get, I think.
