CUTE OVERLOAD
Today I lost a boy for a month, but gained a KITTEN! Darby and Ileana surprized me tonight, and told me to close my eyes and hold out my hands, and what did I find! A lil' ball of fur with a red bow. Best present ever. I love my friends so much.
So now I have a cuddle partner til my other QT comes back from the depths of INDIA. GAH.
He is so chill, and lets me rub his spotted belly. Right now he is stretching and yawning and napping and being adorable all over my bed next to me.
I tried to potty-train him earlier, and now there is kitty litter all over my bathroom. Every time he would try and go to the bathroom he would get distracted by the litter he kicked out or his own tail they kept seeming to get in the way. He also enjoyed eating the kitty litter, along with the bathroom wall.
Then as he was exploring, he figured out how to get on and off my bed all by himself. He never gave up until his mission was complete.
Today I got back from visiting Alex in Sarasota. We went to the beach and climbed my favorite tree, the Banyan, in which he carved our initials in. Haha, how terribly cliche. And yet, I loved it. I need a Banyan tree in my yard. With a trampoline under it. I am going to miss him so much. Him and his dimple and his smile that makes me melt. I need to keep myself busy. AKA get a job. PLZ. I NEED $$$$ to support my kitten and my addiction to food. Tuesday I am going to apply to Macaroni Grill where I have to do a milion and one things including a SAT test and a singing audition.
