I googled the it.

Rolling Stone September 22, 2005

I found it at this one website called UsedMagazines.com. I asked them if they had others and they said yes but mine was the only one with the ad still intact.

I found some Used magazine resources you might be able to use.

I only got to see him 3 times.. which seriously, were worth the money cause damn, that man is just.. wow! i wish i had video cause you really have NO idea how great it was. If i could take it out of my head, make it a video and put it on a dvd.. i would but sadly the human brain doesnt work like that yet *huggles*
