But then you have dogs like Jack, who legitimately NEED the extra attention and care, and now he's definitely not going to get it, because you guys have ten more newborn puppies to tend to, which is a lot. Who the hell is watching these animals? It's sick, it really is. Then again, if there hadn't been such little supervision, I wouldn't have Sidney. So, I guess I should be grateful. Every last one of those dogs should be fixed. I don't know how you guys can afford to keep breeding them under such conditions. That's not something to brag about or to be proud of. Taking care of your pets is a responsibility. If Moo had been fixed a year ago, and if YOUR Rottweiler had also been fixed, no cross breeding would've gone on. And in all reality, dog breeders look down on people like our parents for just willy-nilly breeding random ass dogs like that. It's dangerous, and it's unsafe, genetically. Who the hell knows what kind of disabilities or bad genetics you guys have allowed these animals to pass on through their having breed. I know mom was struggling just to watch after the ones you already had. Is it money? Do you guys need the money that badly that you're willing to jeopardize the health of animals like that? What's Ed wanting to sell each of them for this time? 1,000? *ugh* I'm disgusted. Mom and Ed, while I love them, are NOT trained and licensed animal breeders, it's entirely wrong what they're allowing to go on, in my opinion. If you really want to know the truth. I can find you actual links to real breeders, reputable ones, if you want more puppies that badly. Who's your rottweiler going to get pregnant next, Susie? (And god forbid JACK should impregnate either female!) Not that you care, as you're not the one that has to have the job to pay for the food and actually walk, brush, bathe, and train each one of them. It makes me absolutely pissed off. Just thought you should know. Personally, it's difficult for Jim and I just to take care of the two animals we have right NOW. I cannot imagine not having Sid and Penny neutered, and letting Sid impregnate Penny and just breeding like wild animals. It's wrong, and it's seriously called neglect. They've gone too far with it this time. I don't understand that. I don't care to. I just hope that the money you guys make off of those poor puppies LIVES will go straight to getting every last one of those dogs fixed, asap. Bitchy, but true. Most importantly, I sincerely hope that all TEN of those puppies will somehow go to TEN amazing, wonderful owners, who will give them individual, specialized attention and care. When I got Penny, she had SO many health issues, the least of which was being impregnated by BEAST, and then LOSING every single one of them, because she was ONE when it happened!!!! I've worked VERY hard to get our two dogs to this point, where they're both happy and healthy, and free of mange, ear and eye infections, and it absoultely BREAKS MY HEART every time I have to hear that you guys are allowing yet ANOTHER batch of puppies to come into this world. I hope the $$$ is worth it to you guys. I'm not blaming you personally for something that ADULTS should have under perfect control, but I am venting. Or are you all starting some kind of breeding business I don't even know about yet?
Somebody tell me that I'm completely in the wrong here, and WHY. I don't feel that I am, but I want to know, from an objective eye. I know I'm going to catch shit for it, but I want to know why and how this garbage is allowed to continue!? Inbreeding amongst the remaining adult dogs is another concern. Sometimes you have to know when to shut your mouth and respect your family members, but this has been a long-standing, ever-growing concern of mine, and I'd like it to end. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong, call me out on it now. Who the hell would I be if I just laughed this kind of shit off? It's not cute. This kind of thing goes on ALL the time, all around the world, and it's how bad genetics continue to spread, and the reason why things like severe hip dysplasia continue to exist...I know, because Penny HAS it, and I have to fucking help her up and downstairs, give her constant pain meds, and physically SEE the effects of this shit on a daily basis, as it gets gradually worse and worse, until we have to do the inevitable. It's all so cute when they're puppies, and you have NO incling as to what physical malformities they will later develop. But puppies grow into adult dogs, and when you see one suffer needlessly because of THIS type of improper breeding, it really hurts a lot, especially KNOWING it's entirely PREVENTABLE.
