Well
Well, that's all taken care of and wrapped up.
I just gave my 2 weeks to my supervisor and HR rep. It felt great. They were very happy for me, which was strange, considering they've each met me only once before (to tell me I was displaced - yeah, that was a pleasant meeting). They don't even know me! They both were like "Oh Beth! That's terrific! Congrats, we're so happy for you!" Umm.... really? Whatever.
So now I have a nice vacation to look forward to, a last lunch with Kevin and Molly, starting my brand new job, and then the Bloomington Birthday Bash, as I'm now calling it!
Things are shaping up quite nicely.
