Tired. Exhausted. Just saw Alexander with Becca, it was a good movie. Then subway... then Newburys...
It's sad. Next to Friends, I think Newbury Comics is gonna be the second most missed thing in New England for me. I couldn't afford the old Saves The Day cd, not after Subway and the movies, I was $2 short, so i then got At-The Drive In. and tm I think I'm gonna try and go back and get the two old STD albums, Can't Slow Down, and Through Being Cool, I'm obsessed with my STD B-sides disc. Although I've heard at least some of the songs before, I just can't get them out of my head... Take Our Cars Now, Jessie and my Whetstone, Hold, The Way His Collar Falls (all 4 acoustic), actually Take Our Cars Now, was the first song I ever heard by them, but for some reason I don't think my musical taste was as adept then to good music... but The Way His Collar Falls... I love it... I also love Sell My Old Clothes, I'm Off To Heaven... "If I could only see you now, for about an hour, maybe just a minute, just to ask, what he's got that I don't have, was it his brown eyes, I know blue eyes get boring but, I'll wear dark glasses, and hey if you want me to, I'll take a knife to, my own bright eyes"
Go Saves The Day... What happened with In Revrie? I listened the to cd the other day, I do really like it, but not in the same way I love Stay What You Are and before... they were more descript, more meaningful, Maybe thats why they released this Bsides, to get their fans back... I hope so, come back STD...
I'm still tired. I got to work at 9 am... then I'm out at 5 and beggin friends to take loser carless me to Newbury Comics... CAFE FRIDAY NIGHT.... Woot.
But not til I see Closer... Anyone up for it? I think most people wont be able to go when I want to, so I might see it myself... But um... Natalie Portman playing opposite Jude Law? next to their 5 minute scene in cold mountain this is movie magic!!! Can't wait. sadly I really Can't wait...
Movies are my steps right now to keep watching til I leave... Oceans 12 comes out the 10th, and Aviator the 17, something on my birthday and then another after christmas... then I'm gone... Then in January Elektra comes out, that should be okay, lets hope they crossed over well.
Okay I'm rambling, Tired Nap in place, and maybe a long deserved shower...
