We usually eat Oriental food every Sundays after church, and last Sunday, I had a simple Beef Cubes with Black Pepper Sauce from a local restaurant Little Asia (if you're Pinoy, go dine there if you haven't already). It was a pretty simple dish but tasted really nice, so I wanted to know how the sauce was made. All I knew was that there was oyster sauce, brown sugar, onions and obviously, pepper. And woo, I found a recipe of it online and I was right! Just missing a few ingredients, but still. I don't cook at all (except for the really simple fried stuff) so I'm proud of myself for partially guessing ingredients. Heehee.
Oh, and what is this I hear? The GOF DVD comes out sometime in April too? Narnia comes out in Easter, and OMG, are they planning to seriously make sure I end up penniless for a few weeks? DVD is more expensive here for some reason, but getting them from Amazon is more expensive because of the shipping rates. =\ Oh well. Hopefully we get it earlier this time, I waited for a freaking month to see Narnia.
OMG. There is a light and dark soy sauce? WTF? I didn't know that.
