Going out to buy post-workout protein powder now so that I don't digest myself after each workout.
Also: spicy mustard is a nice food seasoning when veggies start getting boring, which they do remarkably quickly. Tonight: frittata. I need some fat.
Also also: just learned you're not supposed to cook miso, but add it at the end so you don't screw up the nutrients. Who knew? Well, obviously the girl on the vegetarian & vegan tribe, but not me.
