I Am Healthy
I am NOT getting sick. The girl sitting next to me in choir last night who came down with the flu during class did not infect me. I'm taking cold eze and will be fine. The sore spot in my throat has been there for days, means nothing and will go away without incident. I'm tired because I'm always tired. I'm hot because the sun is shining on me. It means nothing more and I don't have to assign meaning to it. I don't have time to be sick right now and will not create sickness in my mind, or make room for it to dwell. I'm quite healthy and my immune system is well developed, so I'm not getting sick.
