[thank you, LJ and Mercury Retrograde for eating my first post]
I've been called back in for a second sleep study, to see if I wake up any less with a CPAP on. I'll tell you what will keep me from waking up less: not sleeping glued to a spaghetti monster! Asked my DO about it last night & he said it may be due to the excess weight & if I bring it down I can do another study & see if I don't need the unit anymore. That definitely gets me motivated to get back on the weightloss stick. I've been pretty lax about my
food journal lately, & exercise just isn't happening at all (like
when am I supposed to?!). Still, if all that stands between me and no oxygen tube is 30 pounds, I think I can find the time. Even if it comes out of my sleep schedule.
