I just read something in Prevention that kind of shocked me.
If you get up once an hour and move around for 5 minutes, you'll have added an hour of extra exercise by the end of your day, without really interfering with what you already do -- work, school, sitting at the computer eating doughnuts, whatever.

I desperately need an hour of extra exercise a day. I am SO going to try this. It's so simple. I don't know why I never thought of it before!
