day 15
Spilling ketones large amounts, weighed 268.2 this morning. I kind of dislike weighing every morning I get why they have you do it but I still sort of dislike it. I feel pretty good, besides sleepy from rain. Cameron throwing up from coughing this morning so, narcotic cough syrup and cartoons this morning. It's raining, I like rain, good snuggle weather. Cameron my snuggle bug. He's mad about staying home, he doesn't understand he had a fever yesterday and could give it to his friends. He just know all he has is a cough no big deal lol... I feel encouraged, Steve keeps telling me he knew I'd do what I had to do to lose weight and he's proud of me. Brian hugged me and got his arms around me yesterday. I gotta do shopping today, few grocery , cat carrier, table cloth, replacement mop heads for my steam vac, just few things. Starting to get house cleaned up. Feels good. Went to bed decent hour last night that felt good too. Maybe I'm just elated today.
