I mentioned this at breakfast yesterday, but Essential Magic is a really handy deck building resource, with an up to date card database with decent search functions (just needs regular expressions on the rules text to be ideal :P), and if you register you can create decks and get useful info like mana curve and sample starting hands.

And, y'know I'm there and Pete's there so you can give all our public decks terrible reviews :P.
