On the way to Pittsburgh, my mom is driving. I got up at 5:50 and got about a two hour workout, 40 minutes total of cardio , and did triceps and abs. Also some pullups. My triceps are about shot, hence probably my struggles with chest and shoulders. I will change it up a lot next week so as to recover a bit. Anyway, more later probably,however I will be spending a lot of time cooking tonigt, I might make the cookie thing too for tomorrow. LOL, I accidentally turned my iPhone on it's side and that made it way easier to type, the display turned and made the letters twice as big. Anyway, that's it for me.
