Night-time update

I am losing track of the days in this Summer of George, but I'm pretty sure I posted earlier while I was digesting for my run.  Well, the rest of my day was nice, I got to Walmart to pick up a few things I needed, ate with my parents at Pine Grill (got the grilled chicken salad), and ate healthy in general all day.  After my run (which was six miles and left me exhausted), I ate my leftover grilled chicken breast, and a bunch of strawberries and blueberries.

A.D.D. Moment - Blueberries are my new favorite thing.  They are just so good!

A.D.D. Moment - Ok, "favorite" is a strong word.  Grilled chicken breasts are my favorite.  And steak.  And salmon.  But you get the idea.

Also I ate scrambled eggs before the run, oatmeal for breakfast, various protein shakes, crackers and cheese, and a bunch of almonds.  I also bought pistachios at Walmart, which has me excited.  I love pistachios!  While maybe not my very favorite, I have learned that I do like them a lot.  Anyway, I'm going to shortly get off the computer, watch Atlantis, and get to bed.  I have to leave very early in the morning for Kentucky, for my friend's wedding!  I'm all packed and have directions to the hotel, and he said be there by noon, but hasn't answered my question as to where "there" is, other than in Lexington, so we'll play it by ear.  I am going to take the laptop, but I haven't checked if the hotel has wireless.  The Summer of George blog may or may not be updated these next few days.  We are staying overnight Saturday too though, which I originally wanted to drive home so I could go to church Sunday morning, but I just don't think that's the best idea.  We'd get home at 6:00 AM or so.  So perhaps I will make it out for evening church one last time before France.

Bon voyage!
