Eating Like A Queen.

Dinner for the last few days:

Monday
Chili-encrusted beef fillet, spinach and chickpeas sauteed with lemon, lime and dill.

Tuesday
Mojo-marinated steak (oranges, cumin, olive oil, seasoning) with cilantro sauce (cilantro, onions, olive oil, red wine, balsamic vinegar) and caramelized potatoes with a tomato-soy glaze, toppped with sesame seeds.

Last night
Honey-garlic chicken with rosemary, mushroom, and red wine vinegar sauce, and spaghetti squash with basil.

I LOVE MY KITCHEN. =)
