OMG... I think I did it
After all my whining and moaning....
I think I finished the next chapter of Claiming Hermione.
I was writing and writing and writing, and then I just came to one of those points that felt right to stop. Voila! The outine I had done, I see now, was a bit ambitious. It would have given me a 10,000 word chapter *waves at inadaze22* when I normally write 2-4000 word chaps. But I am happy to see that the outline is easily split into three chapters.
However, I did something royally stupid last night. I was chatting with dyno and I copied and pasted a few paragraphs into the IM window. Only, I CUT and pasted them. And then saved and closed my story without realizing it. *facepalm* And, because AOL hates me (probably all the shit talk I've done about it), my AIM doesn't log my conversations. So, *crosses fingers* I'm really hoping that hers does. Of course, it's only a few paragraphs, but I really liked them, and what a pain. But, I'll know what I need to do soon enough.
Next dilemna: To wait for the beta or not. *waves at her betas innocently* I did say that I was going to post pre-beta this time. If I wait, it will be Tuesday or Wednesday at the earliest. KE GARNE?? (is Nepali for "what to do?" Some habits die hard.) I will hold off on making this decision until I find out about the missing text tomorrow.
Oooh, and I can bide my time by answering reviews! YES! That really, really needs to get done.
