A Dream for a Ship...

Let's pretend I'm talking about Draco and Hermione, and that there isn't already such glorious sites called accioDHr or Hawthorne & Vine when I'm really talking about Harry and Hermione and I know most of my f-list doesn't love that ship like I do and there AREN'T glorious sites like those mentioned.

I want to make a rec list that:
Is like crack-broom in that it is somewhat filtered for quality (because the H/Hr ship can be...yeah,anyway)
Is tagable or sortable by themes, ratings, etc. like Hawthorne & Vine

I don't care for using LJ's memories. I will scour the internets and read as much good bad and ugly HHr as exists and either numb my brain (likely) or create a decent little rec list (hopefully)

I suppose I'd want to create a list of tags that could be applied:
Rating
Length
Themes (which I will steal from other sites)

.... (this is me thinking about how I actually read a lot of different ships)

what if....

What if there was a site like crack broom that was organized by theme rather than ship? I dunno.... (eevilalice, you see what you've done?)

Okay, back to the plan...

How do I do this?

EDIT: Ha! I just found an entry from an eon ago in which I promised a Harry/Hermione catalog. Clearly this needs to happen.
