Well I don't know about you but I thought this episode was fantastic. There were a few minor things that bothered me but other than that it was great; I am very satisfied by how the season finished.
The thing that irked me was how the realisation of everything just came to Emma, I was really expecting more build-up to it but then again maybe not, before Henry had put her in the mindset that Regina was evil and poisoned the apple turnover so in that moment, she needed to believe so she did.
I hear a lot of people saying what happened was predictable. Well yeah, for two reasons: 1. This is based on fairy tales, people! True not all fairy tales have happy endings but considering ABC is owned by Disney well :p 2. You didn't really think they would kill Henry off, did you? DID YOU?!
Let's talk about some other flaily things!
+ GRAHAM!! Graham was there and he helped Charming escape and that was AWESOME.
+ Jefferson was less skeezy this week but I found it funny that Regina was all 'You can't kill me, haha' and then she left him in a room with her comatose son. Jefferson rescued Belle, yay! Question is, how did he know she was there? Perplexing...
+ Did anyone else notice that Sidney had a room next to Belle's? That was interesting.
+ AUGUST!!! OMG everyone is out worrying about Henry but dude, August D:
+ You know, for a land without magic it still has enough to sustain the whopping great dragon that lives under the library. Emma/James and the dragon scenes were epic.
+ Snow/Charming, all the love ever! Both on the beach and in the street at the end.
+ Rumpel/Belle, aww it was sweet that they found each other again however what came afterwards? BIG PURPLE SMOGGY MONSTER OF DOOOOM!
So what is Rumpelstilskin's plan? Was it just to get his powers back/Bring magic to Storybrooke? Whatever it was, he was thinking of planning to go through with it before he knew Belle was there. Is the purple smoggy monster Bae? I doubt it, can you imagine what Bae would think? Even in this world his dad still has power, he would hate it.
Apparently the ~power of love~ broke the curse (The power of love is awesome! ponies taught us this) so what happens now? Is Ruby going to turn back into a wolf? Is Archie going to turn into a cricket? Will August become a real boy again? Is Graham out there lurking in the underbrush And WHO THE HELL IS DOCTOR WHALE?? He perplexes me, he's kind of a creeper but on the other hand I kind of want him to be someone important.
I am glad that I started watching this, it is a really good show and much better written then a lot of other things I see now days. Unfortunately though I've been told it won't start up again until September/October, that is disappointing. Still, it will give me time to catch up on all the other shows I need to and time for graphics and icons which I have been seriously, lacking on.
