Once Upon A Time Review - The Return

This was such a good episode! It provided us with what happened to Baelfire and why he's not around now/why Rumplestilskin hates fairies but it also shed some light on the mysterious stranger. Only when I say some I mean none, not really at all.

For the most part, it coincided with little Bael's story about how he wanted to find a way for his dad to be good again and when given the choice Rumpel couldn't go with him meaning Baelfire when out into the world (supposedly our world) alone D:

And August, he played his part. He played it real good. When they were crying and hugging I totally believed that he was Baelfire but he is not which begs the question, who the eff is he?! The popular opinion right now is that he is Pinocchio, it's highly possible I suppose for a number of reasons, the fact that people believe he is turning back into a wooden boy and going to Mother Superior/The Blue Fairy for help, the only thing that niggles me about it is he doesn't look like the kid who plays little Pinocchio at all.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in town Mary-Margaret is set free from her murder conviction and now all eyes land on Regina. Regina is a horrible person, she's horrible to everyone sure but none more so than Sidney. The guy loves her and so far she has set him up for two murder/attempted murders. I mean damn Sidney, what are you getting out of this really?

Not much else happened really, here are some highlights:

+ The Blue Fairy/Mother Superior is awesome. The way she carries herself makes me wonder what she knows because I refuse to believe she's completely oblivious to the curse. Those who think it was actually her fault for bringing the curse on the land it's not because she didn't think Rumpelstilskin was stupid enough to act on it.

+ I love Henry and August being all buddy buddy, they are so cute. I also love that Henry gave Mary-Margaret a card that said 'We're glad you didn't kill Mrs Nolan. Cuuute.

+ Baelfire and his little girl pal were cute, I hope we get to see more of her. Speaking of Bael, I have to wonder what his connection to everything is. Does he know about the curse? Obviously he wasn't in FTL or Storybrooke when it occurred. Where is he? Does he know August (I reckon he does, I reckon they're like buddy college room mates or something.) A lot of people now are saying they think Bael might be Henry's father, I could see that.

+ Let's talk a little about the Pinocchio theory. He was only little when the war/curse started but in the first ep you see him as a human boy, so what happened? Do you think he got turned back into part of the magic tree that housed Emma? Possible I suppose buuut I don't know, still not quite buying it. We will have to see.

+ Yaaay Kathryn isn't dead! Now she can go be with her gym teacher and be happy <3
+ Dr. Whale! I will find out who you are some day, yes. Part of me thinks you're Robin Hood.
+ One last thing I'm thinking of while I'm thinking of stuff, August said he needed magic, Mr. Gold said there is no magic in this world but how believable is that? Jefferson certainly thought there was magic in this world and that Emma was the source so is there or isn't there?!
+ Mr. Gold has a statue of Mickey Mouse in his shop. OMGWTFBBQSYMBOLISM!!1!1!

There are only like three episodes left in this season, noooo D:
