Post Christmas Check-In
A bit late now I realise but I hope everyone had a happy Christmas or whatever holiday you celebrate this time of year.
So, I'm sick. I've had this chest infection thing for about a week now, three days into it mum took me up the hospital to get me checked out because you should always check these things. Luckily I got in there straight away but I was still up there for five hours. Only to have the doctor tell me I'm pretty much okay and to go home and rest and take anti-inflammatories. Woo! It has however left me quite exhausted and wanting to sleep all the time. Fail.
Christmas was nice, I got a 3DS and some games, also some TV Shows on DVD, a teddy bear and some clothing. All in all it was a very peaceful, relaxing day. I like days like that.
Also, Doctor Who was on. It wasn't bad, it wasn't great. I loved the kids (I was kind of hoping the boy would turn out to be C.S. Lewis.), it was visually pretty and I love the ending but the aliens? Meh.
So I've noticed during the last couple of days that a lot of people have become disillusioned with LJ and have jumped ship to go places like Dreamwidth. I'm not going anywhere, I find that Dreamwidth is just as ugly as LJ is now (Though I'm getting used to it, it's not that bad.) but since I don't want to lose any friends over it, I do have a Dreamwidth account if you want to seek me out. It can be found Here. Will it get used? Honestly I don't know but I'll keep it as a means to check in on people.
