Waaaahhh! Ili is a weepy mess because she's re-watching the ending of Xenosaga. It is also now apparent to me just how much of a travesty it is that the US version had all the blood edited out. Someone dies in the end and its sad but without the gruesomeness of the blood just gushing out the impact and sacrifice this character is making is somewhat lost. What a travesty. And of course the famous 'put it back' scene with Shion which looses all context without the blood.
It is sad, but a different sad to the ending. Gaaah... Ili loves Xenosaga so much. She will have to download the anime. I wish they'd continue the anime and make the complete series out of it. But go the exra step and do the anime how the game should have been. In 6 parts. So that's like 13 episodes for each part. That be brilliant. Dream on, I shall!
Eeeeeee!!! I'm going to A Night In Fantasia the evening before I go to Melbourne. Brilliant! Mitsuda-san will be there again. I'm beginning to feel like his stalker, lol! Yoko Shimomura will also be there and I hear they will be playing ample Xenogears and Saga music, which I am over the fricking moon about! It is one of the best parts about both games.
I have things to complain about, like how Legato enjoys crashing after me spending two+ hours in Photoshop without saving (I know, IDIOT alert!) and how he enjoys dying when I get up to a certain point in a certain game. Though I think he's a bit less at fault on that account.
I had a lovely time out with my friends last night. Saw TMNT and went to a restaurant. The movie was good, but I'm no Turtle expert so I can't comment. Though it makes me wish that I had watched the old TV series. Donatello is my fave. Huzzah for the smart ones!
I listened to LotR:FotR OST after a long long absence. It takes me back to an awesome time in my life. I love this soundtrack and movie so much. The memories attached to them mean so much to me.
What's a word for being really happy, excited and sad at the same time? Someone let me know, coz I'm like that right now, ehehe!
But to bring down the mood... I seriously need to get cracking on Uni work. Getting more and more behind. Groan.
I need to throw something in here about Kingdom Hearts 2. Downloaded that 9 disc complete soundtrack thing. T'is just huge. There's one really big orchestral track on it which I love. It doesn't start out as anything very impressive but then the Dearly Beloved theme gets interwoven and there's choirs singing and it's beautiful and sweeps you up.

I also have a question... anyone have Beethoven's Symphony No. 5? Anyone? I'd really appreciate it. I looked through my parents CD collection but surprisingly they don't have it. I don't care what version it is, as long as it is Symphony No. 5.
