Unrealistic expectations
I have a hard tome understanding why we can’t just make a decision. I have been sitting here for weeks waiting for the decision to be made to have a meeting.
This Tuesday should be a good day for us to all sit down and hash out this ALIMS being under the Maintenance Department. We do not fall under them and never should. There is a huge comflict of interest there. Those guys are always out to control everything. I fucking can’t stand those guys. Right when I feel like I am emotionally three steps ahead they take me 15 steps back in one phone. They leave me to pick it all up and carry the nonsense with me the rest of the day. Bullshit.
