Accountability
I heard something pretty cool on the Art of Manliness podcast. One of the guys on there said, “Accountability only works when it applies to everyone.” I found this very interesting especially considering the situation I am currently in.
Marines are walking around negatively influencing others and creating a hostile environment and they believe they cannot get touched. Well I am hoping that I can usher another level of accountability.
