we must guard against these dangerous ...elephants?
*headdesks* they're destroying my set. i hafta go down to the amphitheatre today to figure out why the tavern door is sticking. they say the windows are about to fall out too, & the horseman ripped down one of the masking curtains during his exit last night. our crowd was small b/c it was a sunday night performance opening weekend. no one bought any t-shirts, so i packed up after intermission & left. apparently that's when all hell broke loose.
maddy accidentally *really* bonked lorrie on the back of the head w/ the beer bottle, joe tripped over the tarp & slid across the stage during a swordfight, the prop shelf got knocked over w/ a loud crashing bang... etc etc. LOL. thank god we all get 3 days off now...
i'm developing an entire interactive routine (think rocky horror) to amuse myself during the show. we have 10 more shows. *headdesks* oh, my cobbler!
in other news, i have decreed that all kitties in questa casa shall eat together. i am now in charge of teh nutrition of all 3 gatti neri. this morning it went rather smoothly. it was cute seeing them w/ their heads buried in their little bowls munching away simultaneously. next meal, i'ma try to line 'em up for a photo opp.
rand says he's gonna pay me for the set today, so i can get that money situated & where it needs to be before i take to the skies in a few weeks. note to self: DO NOT GO SHOPPING. that portion of our program is now over, & i have everything i need. except for um, underthings. & well, maybe ONE MORE outfit... pretty soon, i'ma get out my suitcase & start deciding what i'm gonna take... OMG24DAYS.
