Well, It's in. 7/22/2013 I went into USC's Keck Medical Center and got my pacemaker put in. I was under the impression that it was a quick, simple surgery with minimal recovery. I am waiting for a referral somewhere. My new cardiologist reccomended that I go to USC and get a ganglionectomy. USC does them. but my insurance does not contract with them. I have to wait and see if UCI does, but I don't believe they do. Until then I am managing my heart rate on 540 mg of Verapamil and 0.125 of digoxin. As long as I don't do ( Read more... )

So I haven't posted in a long time. I've been trying to feel better. I ended up being admitted to the hospital Saturday night after sitting in ED for eleven hours. I was tachycardic and my K was 2.3.
