sewing
So I've been working on a dress for Gavriella and have not gotten very far. Last night after very carefully sewing on the curved pockets to the front of her dress (which frankly can kiss this irish jew girl's ass!) I realized I sewed them on the wrong place. And I did such a good job sewing them on that I couldn't get them off and needed to cut out new pockets and bodice pieces. But of course, I'm out of the bodice material! So I have to go to the store today to get more material and wash and dry it before I can continue. But when I *finally* get it done, I'll be able to make the diaper bag I have designed. So that'll be fun.
I think I need to wear jeans today. Well maybe not. The temperature is already dropping for the impending change in season. I remember in KY in high school the first 2 weeks were always, without fail, so damn hot (like 90+) that we would have heat breaks and the teachers would pass out ice in all the classes. Our school was not only not air conditioned but was also at the top of one of the highest points in all the Cincinnati area, so lord almighty was it hot!. So with it being in the 70s right now is very strange for me.
O'Bryen lost a tooth last week and will probably lose the one next to it today. I hope I have a dollar, I almost forgot last week.
