This is just a summary of what's happened during the semifinal matches, accompanied by some random Ryoma/Momo commentary. Pretty much like the other OVA commentaries.
It's a little less than 40 minutes long so I haven't watched it in full yet. I'll just assume there's no surprises here...

The first battle is between Echizen and Kirihara! They start off exchanging random overused catchphrases:
Omae... tsubusuyo!
You still have lots more to work on.
And then Akaya is all like yuu... suchisuchi? because he fails English and doesn't know what Echizen's saying.
Temee mo akaku somete yaruze!
Kirihara says as he goes into evil mode and randomly transforms into a bat.
I didn't get that part. Maybe you're not allowed to grow wings in the midst of a match? I don't know. But Kirihara probably didn't know either.
EDIT: Smart people enlightened me they're actually playing a staring game! So Akaya lost because he looked in the direction Echizen was pointing.
So Kirihara is being all cute again running off crying about how he lost.
And Echizen is all mada mada dane.

Inui vs Yanagi!
Who will win this time!
We don't know yet!

It's been a long time, Sadaharu.
4 years, 2 months and 15 days, to be exact.

乾の観察日記 (Inui’s observation diary)
Remember when Inui made those wake up calls?
This is basically the same. Except that he placed fake love letters in each of the regular's lockers.
First victim: Echizen Ryoma.
Nanda kore?
He takes out his stuff and leaves the letter there.
Momoshiro Takeshi!
Nanda?
Then he realizes he's being late for something and runs off, leaving the letter fall to the ground.
Kawamura Takashi.
GREAT-O!
Kaidoh Kaoru.
Actually, he had that expression on before he found the letter.
Fuji Shuusuke. Walks off inconspiciously.
Inui comments: Fuji Shuusuke... eyes opened for a split second.
He must've installed cameras inside everyone's lockers before then. I wonder how he did that.
Ooishi Shuuichiroh.
K...kore wa... love letter?!
No, I have no time for this... I must concentrate on the upcoming tournament...
But that would mean hurting the girl's feelings.... I can't do that...
No! At this moment, tennis is most important!
Oh, Ooishi.
Ooishi.
Enter Kikumaru Eiji.
He sees Ooishi and runs off without opening his locker.
Tezuka Kunimitsu Buchou!
He doesn't react at all. Except for an instant's light reflection on his glasses.
Inui comments: Tezuka Kunimitsu... megane ga hikaru.
Oh well, the inevitable is inevitably inevitable... THE END.
