Is there a manager you can talk to? or owner? IT needs to get taken care of. Other wise not only you, but the rest of people that work there are going to be unhappy and leave. IF they aren't willing to be more responsible and ready then leave.

yeah i made an appointment this week, so we will see how it goes. I'm going to my managers manager with this, because these are issues i've discussed with the restaurant manager before, and they just go over his head.
