so im happy....besides the fact that my throat is on fire.
well besides the fact that my throat hurts a lot....(its the first week of the semester, i sick this time last semester also...so its cool ill survive.)
anyway, happiness...
So yesterday i had 5 classes.....i had math, harmony, psych, and eartraining...then break and then a quick music 20 mtg.
only bad thing: C+ on my first harmony hw. i have offers from my friend jon to tutor me :)
SO yeah...i leave hofstra and go to JHS crew...where i helped make some signs and other stuff...OH YEAH! i have to get my resume' made for H, cuz if she gets the job she's helping me out and ill be her asst. so then i get in touch with my friend amanda (shes in the vagina monologues with me and shes also the g.f. of my friend jon.) she said she still wanted to hang out so i drove to hofstra and picked her and her roommate up and just drove closer to the student center since it was pouring. we ate sbarros and talked..it was nice. then amanda and i went to the sex toy shopping thing (brought to u by vagina monologues.) it was full of laughs and smells and awkward noises and conversation. but overall it was a lot of fun.
Then i went back with amanda to her dorm and eventually we bumped into jon and met up with mitch, zach (music peoples), brian (jons roommate), jackie (amandas friend), amandas roommate caitlin, and edwin (a friend of theirs), we socialized in jackies dorm and it was fun....ended up back in the SC eating sbarros again.....then back to amanda and caitlins dorm.
unfortunately, my mom texted me to tell me to come home at 12:30, i spoke to her when i got home about doing that cuz its kinda embarassing she apologized and said that wouldnt happen usually it was just very icy adn the news kept showing car crashes and it made her nervous. so i asked mitch to walk me to my car...and that was that.
i had a lot of fun, and im happy im trying to make hofstra better.
have to usher a 3 and half hour opera tonight AND tomorrow.....ill be there 4 and half hours though (ushers need to get tehre an hour before.)
