Two years
Two years, livejournal. It's been good. What the hell am I saying, the last two years have been freggen GREAT! I'm at Ball State studying to be an English teacher. I've won all kinds of awards on campus. I'm Ball State's Residence Hall Association President. I went to a national residence hall conference for FREE. Ball State sent only me to a $1,500 conference about leading with integrity, which was awesome. Consequently, I have yet another large family that functions better than my own ^_^.
Two and a half years with the girl of my dreams. She is amazing. Everyone knows we're going to be together for the rest of our lives, but more importantly, WE know it.
I have so many great friends, and I am grateful for that every day.
My friend is being jerked around by this girl who probably has a hard time deciding which foot to start walking with. It really sucks. I hate people like that, who are indecisive because they don't want to hurt anyone, but end up hurting everyone.
I encouraged him to respond to this girl's texted question, "Do you like me?" Now, after several hours of trying to get a straight answer out of her, she says "idk" in response to "do you like me?" Fucking ridiculous.
I feel terrible for encouraging him, but if it were me, I would be dying to know yes or no, just for the sake of moving on. I gotta get sleep soon, but I want to know he's going to be okay.
