I'm addicted to checking my email

I'm going crazy in my tiny, window-less office, which I have recently been told is too humid. Great, that won't affect my giant powder-puff hairstyle too much. Seriously, I check my email like every 7 minutes or so, and I've checked Facebook, myspace, and livejournal all in the last 20 minutes. Lame? You betcha. Okay, gotta go check the email...
