Well, it's a bit cliche but flowers are always a nice start. Maybe a nice dinner, or a movie. ...Not that this place really has very good restaurants or movies in the first place. But it beats nothing, right?

Or if you've brave, you could try cooking for her yourself. I hear candlelit dinners are especially romantic to girls.
