eat your heart out

i wanted to talk about the salad i just made because it is amazing.

green leaf lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, broccoli micro-greens, sliced mushrooms, pickled baby corn, artichoke hearts, and parmesan cheese, with low-fat sesame ginger dressing.

if only i ate this way every day. sigh.

now i must go eat.
