in other news. went camping last weekend. i forget how much i love it. everyone should go camping every couple of months to revive themselves. weather was perfect, not too steaming hot, and not too cold at night (although we were a bit chilly...sui wouldn't get under the sleeping bags with us!). i know i'm going out on a limb here and i'm risking sounding like a dirty hippie...but i love the earth and how beautiful it can be.
i've been meditating lately, just sitting in my backyard and letting the sun warm me up and relaxing. calming and grounding myself. it does wonders, i'm telling you. this weekend i'm babysitting three kids all weekend while their parents are in puerto vallarta, and i'm obviously really busy. i didn't have time to meditate or even just sit still today, and i'm totally worn out.
